One of our main goals and teaching styles is to empower you to invest in yourself and to trust the choices you make.. even when things get a little challenging! which they will when you are doing the work 
it means you are on the right path and rolling over metaphorical rocks that you are ready to re-discover incredible things about yourself. Can I try out your teachings for free?
Absolutely!! I believe that in order to make educated decisions in any aspect of life, you really do need to collect the required information to make the right choice for you and where you are in your life at this current time and place. My goal as a teacher, healer and guide is to make the process of elevating your personal belief systems and intuition into a simple and powerful micro-building adventure. Think of this process as a choose your own adventure book or layout. I am in a very specific niche of being able to offer teachings and personal coaching services in a Supercharged way when my clients come to me with these minimum must haves:
- A clear concept of what YOUR needs and wants are (this is homework and a big piece we work on in our first of many 1-1 calls, so tune in and get this clear in Your mind and heart) If you haven’t already signed up for my free program, elevating into connections, this program will walk you through this step in detail. - REsourceful mindset and really REady to let limiting concepts or thoughts go that aren’t working for you in your life patterns, relationships, personal mindset around food, body and financials
- BE Ready to BE the change, the person who you are craving to be, that means ready to invest in yourself because you KNOW there needs to be a shift forward
- Open minded and willing to ask for help, ask questions & SHARE. Growth is all about being vulnerable & that takes extreme strength and builds resilience. The strongest plant roots are the ones that grow up through cement. You need to be willing to look at your “stuff” and story and be open to learning how to release the victimhood by being open to our suggestions and expertise.
- A long-term vision of YOUR life. Up until this point, maybe you have never thought of looking long term in life(scary, self-sabotage, overwhelm, fear-filled?)… this will be our first and most important line of thinking.. HOW can you expect to be doing, being and getting the things you need if you haven’t set a destination into your inner knowing?? – with this work, you will be getting so crystal clear on your emotions, visualizations and focused mindset that you will have a rock solid sense of accomplishment when our work comes to a close. WE do NOT promise success overnight, however a lifetime of success with tools that will support and guide you throughout your life… that is what we are all about!
- Release expectations – unhealthy expectations is a doomed headspace that will always lead you to feelings of sorrow, regret, shame and feelings of being let down. Release how you think things will be and just come in with generous joy-filled curiosity
- YOU must be 100% transparent and honest about our work together -Meaning: lead a horse to water, yet can not make it drink… MUST get onboard with attuning yourself to your WORD, your promise to self and to our Team… we will be here for you 100% yet it is not our responsibility to enforce you to take the needed and necessary steps. First and foremost before getting on this call, take responsibility for what you are ready to do and willing to be ready to do ANY-thing to get to your goals and live a life FILLED to Overflowing with Universal Love, deep and meaningful connection & get ready to align yourself to a space inside yourself where you no longer need to struggle with doubt, inner and outer hate or revenge, crippling overwhelm and feelings of isolation. This is not why we are here, we are here to explore, create, live in a sense of curiosity and Joy with ourselves and with others.
